How long does shipping take?
Delivery time for our cardio machines is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the number of machines and the destination. If the product is on pre-order, it ships from the date shown next to the buy button.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination. You'll see the final amount at checkout when you enter your shipping details.
Shipping includes kerbside delivery to the address provided. If you need it taken up to a floor or brought inside, ask for a quote at soportetecnico@thomas.es.
Any customs duties, tariffs and taxes in the destination country are not included and are paid by the customer.
What warranty do the cardio machines have?
SINGULARWOD cardio machines have a 3-year warranty for home users and 1 year for professional use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use of the machines.
Are the machines delivered assembled?
They are delivered partially assembled and include the user and assembly manuals. Assembly is not included.

Are spare parts available?
Yes. If you need to replace a component, write to our technical service at serviciotecnico@thomas.es with your machine model and the part. We'll let you know about availability and how to buy it.
Are they suitable for professional and home use?
Yes. Their sturdy build and resistance systems adapt to different levels of demand: from home workouts to high-intensity sessions in gyms, crosstraining boxes and functional training centres.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit or debit card, Bizum, PayPal or bank transfer.
You can also split the amount with Klarna, Cetelem or PayPal, subject to each provider's terms and approval. You'll find all the options at checkout and on our financing and instalments page.
Can they be returned?
Yes, you have 30 calendar days from receipt to request a return. We inspect it before accepting it: the machine must be in its original condition, with its packaging and all parts, accessories and documentation.
Collection costs are paid by the customer.
Do you ship outside Spain?
We ship to Spain, Italy, France, Portugal and the United Kingdom. If you're in another country, write to us via the contact form and we'll look at your order with a personalised quote.
