1) Warranty period and scope of use

• 
  Private use: 2 years from delivery of the merchandise.
  
• 
  Public use facilities: 1 year from delivery of the merchandise.
  
• 
  The warranty covers manufacturing defects provided that the conditions of use, correct maintenance and applicable regulations are respected.
  
• 
  The delivery date will be checked by signed delivery note by the buyer. This document and/or voucher, receipt, transport document and/or invoice must be shown to authorized personnel SINGULARWOD Spain S.L.
  

2) Applicable legal framework

According to the Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and the Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees for the Sale of Consumer Goods, the following inalienable guarantees are established (applicable exclusively to consumers):

• 
  New goods: not less than three years.
  
• 
  Second-hand goods: not less than a year.
  

Definition of consumer (summary):

• 
  Natural person acting for purposes outside their professional activity (according to the European Parliament Directive).
  
• 
  Natural or legal persons who acquire, use or enjoy goods or services as final recipients.
  
• 
  They are not consumers those who acquire, store, use or consume goods or services to integrate them into production, transformation, marketing or provision processes to third parties (Law 26/1984, of July 19, General for the defense of consumers and users).
  

3) Warranty coverage

• 
  SINGULARWOD Spain S.L. guarantees that its products They do not have defects in material or manufacturing.
  
• 
  For the validity of the warranty, the total amount must be paid of the contract.
  
• 
  The warranty covers the free replacement or repair of the product or its components recognized as defective due to manufacturing imperfections.
  

4) Warranty exclusions

The following are not covered, in any case:

• 
  Accidents, improper use, maintenance defects, unauthorized repairs, calamity, negligence or carelessness.
  
• 
  Improper or non-compliant use product instructions.
  
• 
  Connections, modifications or maintenance carried out by unauthorized personnel.
  
• 
  Use of unsuitable consumer products, improper assembly, incorrect installation or maintenance.
  
• 
  Any defect or incorrect operation not explained by manufacturing defects of the machine and/or material.
  
• 
  Voltage drops in buildings where the machines are located.
  
• 
  Defects by location of electronic products in humid environments and with sudden temperature changes.
  

Parts and elements subject to wear

• 
  The warranty does not apply to parts subject to wear that, due to their use or nature, may have a useful life shorter than the warranty period:
  cables, embedded materials, belts, treadmill mats, transmitters, etc.
  
• 
  It also does not cover consequences of normal use due to wear or aging, nor crystals, lights or bulbs.
  

5) Procedure and associated costs

• 
  If the Defective parts are not sent to the workshop SINGULARWOD Spain S.L., the travel cost will be borne by the client.
  
• 
  once warranty period expired indicated in the Conditions of Sale, technical assistance will be invoiced including:
  replaced components, labor, personnel movement and transportation of materials, according to the current rates of SINGULARWOD Spain S.L.
  

6) Authorized technical service

• 
  SINGULARWOD Spain S.L. will not be responsible, totally or partially, of defects or damage caused by repairs or attempted repairs made by unauthorized technicians.
  
• 
  You should always go to official technical assistance service of SINGULARWOD Spain S.L.
  
• 
  The warranty becomes invalid if a technical service intervenes unofficial.
  

7) Liability and limitations

• 
  SINGULARWOD Spain S.L. declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damage to people, things or animals derived from non-compliance of the standards indicated in the instruction manual, brochures or catalogues, especially warnings on installation, maintenance and use of the machine.
  
• 
  The client will not have the right to compensation, not even for lost profits due to the impossibility of using the machine, nor will any compensation to third parties.
