Pre-order machines ship from 1 December. From dispatch, delivery takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the number of machines and the destination. We'll email you at every step.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination. You'll see the final amount at checkout when you enter your shipping details.

Shipping includes kerbside delivery to the address provided. If you need it taken up to a floor or brought inside, ask for a quote at soportetecnico@thomas.es.

Any customs duties, tariffs and taxes in the destination country are not included and are paid by the customer.

Yes. You pay the full amount at the time of pre-order, with no deposits or outstanding payments. If you'd rather spread it, choose Klarna, PayPal or Cetelem at checkout.

You can pay by credit or debit card, Bizum, PayPal or bank transfer.

You can also split the amount with Klarna, Cetelem or PayPal, subject to each provider's terms and approval. You'll find all the options at checkout and on our financing and instalments page.

They are delivered partially assembled and include the user and assembly manuals. Assembly is not included.

With SWROWER, SWSKI and SWBIKE, the fan cover is included in your order and arrives with the machine. No code needed.

SWAIRBIKE does not include a cover.

SINGULARWOD cardio machines have a 3-year warranty for home users and 1 year for professional use.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use of the machines.

Until dispatch you can cancel free of charge and we'll refund the full amount.

Once received, you have 30 calendar days to request a return. We inspect it before accepting it: the machine must be in its original condition, with its packaging and all parts, accessories and documentation.

Collection costs are paid by the customer.

Yes. If you need to replace a component, write to our technical service at serviciotecnico@thomas.es with your machine model and the part. We'll let you know about availability and how to buy it.

We ship to Spain, Italy, France, Portugal and the United Kingdom. If you're in another country, write to us via the contact form and we'll look at your order with a personalised quote.
