SINGULAR WOD SPAIN, S.L., as Responsible for the processing of personal data, informs you that your data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), in order to comply with commercial, accounting and tax obligations.
The data will be kept for a minimum period of 6 years by legal obligation. The data will not be communicated to third parties, except legal obligation. Likewise, we inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion, as well as limitation and opposition to processing, by sending a communication to team@singularwod.com. You can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

3. Purpose, legitimation and conservation
We collect and process your personal data through the forms available on our website, for the following purposes:
3.1. Contact us / Technical support
- Purpose: Respond to your requests for information, respond to your requests and answer your questions or doubts.
