Terms

Scope of application and entry into force:

These general sales conditions are applicable since November 20, 2023.

Any contract of SINGULARWOD Spain S.L. (hereinafter "Society") For the supply of goods and services will be subject to these conditions. The client accepts and submits from this moment to these general conditions, which he states to know and have been made available at the time of confirmation of the offer. Any agreement between the parties that differs or is not collected in this document will require express and written acceptance, indicating what conditions are without effect.

Acceptance:

This offer must be accepted in writing by the client or his legal representative and in its entirety, which means for the client a firm and irrevocable purchase offer.

Prices:

The offer will apply the current list price at the time. Prices do not include transport or installation. The amount of transport varies according to dimensions, weight and destination. Additional costs such as customs or handling outside the soil level will be assumed by the client. Discounts are not cumulative, applying the most beneficial at the time of purchase. Society can modify prices in changes in costs or delays outside their responsibility.

Conditions and payment method:

The agreed term and payment method are essential to the contract. For payments through financing, leasing or renting, approval of the financial entity is required.

All contract documents must be sent to SINGULARWOD Spain S.L. Together with the signed reception certificate upon receiving the material. In case of default, interest interest and amounts recovery expenses will be applied.

Discounts accumulation:

Discounts and promotions are not cumulative, unless opposite indication. The most beneficial discount will be applied.

Order variation or cancellation:

The variation or cancellation of the order can be requested up to 20 working days before the expected delivery date, except for custom products. The company reserves the right to accept or reject said request.

If there is no written response in 10 days, it will be understood as negative. Late cancellations may have a 20% surcharge of the order amount.

Delivery of products:

The client will be notified by email the departure date and data of the carrier. The company is not responsible for damage after delivery. The client must review the state of the merchandise upon receiving it and write down any observation in the Albarán.

Claims for damage must be communicated within 24 hours to the mail postventa@thomas.es.

Delivery modalities:

The standard delivery is "door to door." The unpacking, internal transfer and assembly are not included except that it is hired apart.

The client can use their own transport if you wish.

Shipping modalities for Spain and Portugal:

Standard shipping with delivery inside the building:

Ordinary deliveries are made at street level. You deliver within the building require prior coordination and can mean additional costs.

Installation delivery:

Includes transfer, unpacking, assembly and removal of the packaging. It is an extra service that requires photographs of the installation place. The client must inform about accesses and confirm day and time 72h in advance.

Available only for Spain and Portugal. For international orders, transport covers until the indicated address, if it has been hired.

Right of withdrawal and return:

Exercise of Law:

The customer can give up within 14 calendar days, except custom products. Communication must be carried out in writing to the company's management or by email to postventa@thomas.es.

You can also use the withdrawal form of Annex I.

Consequences of exercise:

Payments will be reimbursed, except additional expenses. The products must be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and documentation, in a maximum of 14 days.

The refund will be made by the same means of payment. The company can retain it until the products are reviewed.

If the order has not been sent, it can be canceled without cost.

Returns for defective products:

You must immediately communicate to the mail postventa@thomas.es With details and photos. A messenger will be sent to collect the product. It will be evaluated and confirmed by email if it proceeds substitution or reimbursement in a maximum of 14 days.

If the product has real defects, the reimbursement will be complete through the same means of payment.

Domain transfer:

The property of the products is transferred only when the total payment is made. The customer is responsible for the state of the product since its delivery.
