Delivery of products:

SINGULARWOD S.L., you can inform the customer, by email, of the departure date of our store stores and the contact data of the transport company that will deliver.

If there is any incidence in the delivery of the products, the company would adequately and immediately inform the customer. 

From the moment of the disposal of the goods and delivery to the client as agreed, the company will not be responsible for any damage that the merchandise could suffer.

At the time of product delivery, the customer or the receiver must exhibit an identification document to the carrier, verify the apparent state of the packages and sign and write down in the delivery albar (in the format presented by the carrier) the observations and apparent reserves at that time (for example, due to the lack of packages or apparent damage or manipulation in products or packaging). If the Albarán will be in paper format, the client must request a copy of the Alparan to the carrier.

Delivery modalities.

The company offers the possibility of all its clients to deliver its “door to door” order through a transport agency. With this delivery modality, the transfer of products to the places destined for their use, as well as the unrest, the withdrawal and destruction of the packaging material, are at account of the client. Nor is the assembly and placement of the material in the space for its use, except approval of the installation item, reflected in the budget itself. 

If you wish, the client can choose their own shipping medium, withdrawing the shipping mode offered by the company. 

Shipping modalities available to Spain and Portugal:

Standard shipping with delivery inside the building:

Shipments ordinary will be delivered in the plant, street door, or level 0; Therefore, any other delivery location will be validated by the commercial.

Any delivery that must be made inside a building must be requested in advance, since it must be coordinated with the Transport Agency to have the necessary personnel and the means, which will assume an additional cost, but has been previously hired.

Installation delivery:

We put available to a team of operators (to be determined in each case) to transfer, unpack, mount and manipulate all the acquired equipment, so that they will be placed and ready for use in the place that indicates us. At the customer's request, this equipment, will also be in charge of removing all the packaging material and destroying it as appropriate.

This service involves an extra cost that will vary according to each case, photographs of the place where delivery and installation will be made, which will have to be sent by the buyer to the company. *The delivery modality described in this section will be available only in Spain and Portugal. Right of withdrawal and return of products.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The client will have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification, except in custom -made products or with special colors, in which, the company reserves the right to accept or reject this request. 

The withdrawal period will expire at 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third one for you indicated, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must exercise some of the following options:

Consequences of the exercise of law.

In case of withdrawal by the customer, we will return all the payments received by you by the product purchased, with the exception of the additional expenses that could have been caused. In this sense, transport costs will be managed and assumed by the client. 

To fulfill the period of withdrawal, it is enough that the communication related to the exercise for its part of this right is sent before the corresponding period of 14 calendar days from the day the material possession of the products bought was acquired. 

The items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging, together with the purchase invoice, instructions, and other documents or accessories that at the time accompany it; In any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which its contract withdrawal of the contract communicates. This period will be considered fulfilled if the return is carried out before this period has been completed. 

This reimbursement will be made using the same payment media used by you for the initial transaction. However, the company reserves the right to verify the status of the goods, being able to retain the reimbursement until they have received and verified.

In the same way, the customer may cancel his purchase without this implying any cost if the order had not yet been sent.

Defective products returns.

The product can be returned by delivering it to a messenger that we will send to your home when requesting the collection. In this way, we will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and communicate by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if it proceeds (if applicable) the reimbursement or replacement of it. 

The reimbursement or replacement of the article will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send an email confirming our conformity, to proceed to reimburse or replace the anomalous product. 

The amounts paid by those products that are returned because of some tare or defect, when it really exists, will be refunded entirely. The return will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay the purchase.
